Alan’s LASIK Story
At age 16 Alan was involved in a near drowning accident. He needed glasses a few years later for distance. During the years following the accident he has been doing physical therapy, and going to college. Because of his coordination limitations, and difficult gait, glasses had become a huge stumbling block, as constantly adjusting them or worrying about seeing without them in place made for further stress to an already stressful situation. Now that the surgery has resulted in seeing 20/15 he can concentrate on everyday life & pursuit of his long term goals – all glasses free!
